代朋友問，他週四要收一隻二手的htc XL 3000元 可是他網路需求超級低，只要能line，很偶爾的上個 網查資訊而已。 他目前門號是中華電信，因工作因素不能轉換到其它家。 請問中華的1G 199元方案，不綁電信費，只綁網路費 有這種方案嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.104.228.234
