小弟也有跟你一樣的困擾

以前用MINI 看漫畫不到100頁就累了，買了AIR有好點，但還是很刺眼

解決辦法就是貼藍光保護貼，或著自己戴藍光眼鏡，貼上去完全不刺眼

可以延長使用時間兩倍以上，當然，如果怕色偏，那就多休息沒辦法了

如果是白框的，就買視網盾的白框款比較不突兀，不會白色地方變黃黃的

但不是貼了就沒問題，不用休息，看太細小的文章，或是太久還是不行

至於調色溫的軟體

我覺得沒有藍光保護貼 跟 藍光眼鏡好

我的DELL螢幕調了還是有點刺眼，當然是比沒調好些

晚上看螢幕都要乖乖戴藍光眼鏡，眼鏡一摘下來絕的超刺眼的
