傢俱店延遲交貨

請問一下如果傢俱店原來預計19號要交貨，我在18日打電話去跟店家確認19號幾點能送到要約時間，還很肯定跟我說明天能送到，19號早上卻突然打電話來告知說工廠忘記下單訂做，無法交貨！聽到整個傻眼，過年又快到了又無法再找別的店家訂做，業務跟我說會請工廠趕工在28號交貨給我，今天有再確認過會於28號晚上交貨，但我想請問各位是否可以在付尾款時扣除一些尾款以賠償這些時間的等待呢？
