開工上班釀車禍中市一人死亡

台中市清晨發生一起死亡車禍，一部民間環保公司的垃圾車在學士路左轉時，跟一部機車衝撞，騎機車的李姓男子頭部撞擊垃圾車的擋風玻璃，傷重送醫搶救，仍然宣告不治。

四十多歲的馬姓男子，初四就開工，他是一家民間環保公司的垃圾車司機，一大早，就開著垃圾車前往各契約大樓收垃圾，清晨6點多，他沿著學士路左轉德化街，此時，對向一輛由六十多歲李姓男子騎乘的機車迎面而來，雙方衝撞，李姓機車騎士撞飛，頭部撞擊垃圾車的擋風玻璃，當場倒地不起，被送醫急救，仍然宣告死亡。

據指出，死者是大樓保全員，當時騎著機車要去上班，而馬姓男子是春節第一天開工，他說，當時車速很慢，但是，因為天色昏暗，沒看到機車騎過來。

警方表示，李姓男子有輕微酒精反應，不過，很可能是醫療過程殘留，而且非常微量，馬姓男子酒測值為零，警方依

業務過失致死移送法辦。
