【陳意佳／台北報導】簡嫚書在賀歲片《大稻埕》中飾演1920年代大稻埕才藝雙全的藝旦，她在片裡精通琴棋書畫，甚至會以台語吟唸唐詩，又會彈奏琵琶和跳舞，還有不少穿旗袍的唯美造型，連負責該片的音效大師杜篤之在為電影後製時，都忍不住大讚她很有突破，還說：「經過這部片，她一定大鳴大放！」
