Outlook.com 是現在微軟的主要收信工具，雖然說我也比較少使用，不過我相信還是有使用的族群，至少 Skype 也整合了 Windows Live 帳號，大家多多少少還是會收到一些信件，除了自己上網收信之外，通知工具能達到最即時的來信通知，讓你不錯過任何一封信件，Howard E-mail Notifier 就是 Outlook.com 專用的通知工具，若是有需求的話可以試試看唷！

在系統列會有一個使用圖示，可以在設定中挑選自己喜歡的樣式，此外可以調整檢查信件的頻率，最短可以設定為 30 秒，最長能設定為兩個小時，信件通知的顯示時間最短可以設定為五秒，最長可以多達兩分鐘。
